English Versity and Al Azhar Center Pare established and jointly manage TENAFL. Their English- and Arabic-language competencies support service development, while the participant-facing service identity remains TENAFL.

- TOEFL Prediction/VEPT, Arabic TOAFL, courses, and Al-Azhar Egypt registration are TENAFL services.
- English Versity is a founder, joint manager, and legal reference for the English-language service family.
- Al Azhar Center Pare is a founder, joint manager, and legal reference for the Arabic-language and Al-Azhar service family.
- TENAFL, through English Versity, works with CIE (Central International Education), an IIEF-authorized test center, to facilitate TOEFL ITP® Online.
