Secure browser and readiness check guide

Some online remote sessions use a secure browser and readiness check. Use the official application, link, and steps provided for your booking because requirements may differ by CIE session.

Use the link provided for your booking

The Secure Browser and readiness-check links depend on the selected session. Open your booking details in the Participant Portal, then use the application, link, and version stated in the session instructions.

Open Participant Portal
Do not use an old link, a private Google Drive, a blog, or another unofficial source. If the link is not yet shown in your booking, contact TENAFL support through an official channel.

Beginner-friendly order

  1. Use the laptop or PC that will be used for the test. Do not start from a phone.
  2. Open the official download link from the button below using Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
  3. Click “Download Secure Browser” on the Program Workshop/ETS page.
  4. Choose the right version for your device, such as Windows or Mac.
